      Flexible but not too organized

      Pros

      Good work environment, and family-life balance. Scheule can be flexible if needed. Co-workers are great. Overall positive experience.

      Cons

      Company not as efficient or organized as it should be. Technology is lacking in many areas. It takes a long time for decisions to be made. Training not very "on-point" - it is mediocre.

      Great co-workers that created a team effect.

      Cons

      Lack of Employment Stability. Very little promotion from within corporate structure. To busy worrying about bottom line that customer service is diminished. Too busy trying to "sell" corporate programs that only really benefit corporate not our clients.
