Pros

You'll meet a diverse group of people. You won't lack for hours. It's work experience. You'll grow a tough skin.

Cons

Essentially on-call for the odd project that needs to be addressed ASAP. Mistakes will generally cost you the job, as HOA/Board members are nitpicky.

I have a large amount of flexibility with my job and my managers do believe in more about getting the work done as opposed to me being at the job at a set time.

Cons

Discretionary 401K matching?!? Horrible life insurance that will barely cover funeral costs, I believe the standard in the workforce is 1.5X your pay. Medical coverage is just as bad.

Pros

Co-workers were great to work with and was family friendly at one time. The benefits were decent but costly which is the case pretty much everywhere. Local management staff are good people but as over loaded as the rest of the staff with corporate reporting and unproductive tasks.

Cons

In order to make a living wage you have to take on more sites than is conducive to good performance and personal life and health. Due to low contact pricing commission base employee's have to forfeit quality for quantity.
