      Pros

      Great hours if you can get the schedule you need. Working first hand with great residents. Fun job when dealing with residents.

      Cons

      Management does not know the subordinates. Upper level management is never on site. Problems do not get resolved quickly. Everything is a process with any change.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my colleagues. The comadery was one of the best.

      Cons

      The company was very shady. It was a bit mind boggling to see management never inform their team or even homeowners of any change. I'm not opposed to change but when you're left in the dark it's completely unprofessional. Especially from a company claiming to be the leader of blah blah blah.

      Pros

      Good co-workers, nice office and technology and good IT department when you have tech issues. Lots of people to help when you need it.

      Cons

      Too much work, mean and inconsiderate Boards of Directors and management that does not pay people enough, promotes from outside, expects too much and has low people skills.
