      Pros

      Great Corporate Benefits Innovative and Proactive Corporate Office and Employees A lot of advancement opportunities - and national offices mean easy to relocate State of the Art Resources Great customer service from corporate 'Small Office' feel Small office with great potential

      Cons

      Corporate is quite distant from member companies - can seem like your left to fend for yourself at times. A lot can go on in a member company that corporate would never know about Lack of adequate accountability and enforcement of consequences for wrong doings.

      Pros

      I liked almost all the employees, great people wot work with every day.

      Cons

      Employee turnover was very high, excluding the executive staff. Pay did not equal experience, only job title (20 years or 3 years, it pays the same) Promotion does not always include a pay raise. Place is great for a pat on the back, but not on the wallet. 1% yearly pay increase.
