      Managers can be condescending to support staff. Take over by American company, became more corporate feeling instead of family business feeling. The Christmas party was during work hours at work. Undercurrent of gossip, like many corporate environments.

      Decent Benefits One really great upper management employee Attempt to support their employees

      For some reason do not hire employees to replace employees that have left, leaving the remaining employees to pick up the slack Accounting department is a disaster President is a joke, has no idea of the industry Managers hate their jobs Very little flexibility Seem to not care about their customers, which makes the customers angry, and the employees easily burnt out from being yelled at all day

      The company has so much potential, but they let their member companies flounder under mismanagement. The upside is this is a big company with big opportunity.

      Cons

      The downside is that the opportunity rarely presents itself and morale is bottom barrel.
