Cons

management is in need of change. they need to support staff when it comes to difficult situations with the strata, strata managers and service department.

Love that I am able to implement a new idea to improve service expectations for our clients and make processes simpler for my team.

Cons

Would love to have a full NCT Team ( I am down to 1 CAM and 1 assistanent) to ensure that we can establish a long-term business relationship with Developers as well as the new Boardmembers. Lack of smooth transition or to be able to address warranty derficiencies effectively has cost Associa a great loss in the past, revenue wise.
