Nice co workers who help each other and care about their work product

Cons

No support from middle (they are middle because they are not managers of people) or upper management. They make big mistakes and expect the Manager to "sell" it anyway. This company is broken, from the top down.

Worked at the Honolulu office. I loved my co-workers. Pay was great.

Corporate could care less about their employees, it was all about the financial bottom line, which is totally fine? But happy employees make a work place run alot smoother.
