Coworkers/peers are great. Other than that, it is difficult to find other qualifying pros.

Terrible turnover - people being fired left and right Upper management makes decisions with little to no regard for those actually doing the work Company pushes values and family atmosphere, but none of those values are actually seen or lived out Favoritism/Nepotism
