      2:30 Fridays, Flex time, Work from home option

      Cons

      Too much put on the managers. Too many properties, budgets, billing, financials, account payables and receivables. Unethical practices when it comes to use of vendors. Selective nepotism.

      Pros

      Not much to put here. It is good experience I guess. Well kind of. You dont learn much but looks good on resume. Its a great place to work if you are of below average skill and intelligence, doesnt make a difference when it comes to promotions.

      Cons

      It literally does not matter how smart you are or how much work you do. You will get the same raise/reward as everyone else. If you decide to work here just do the bare minimum. It will not matter. Youll get the same raise as the employees that excel.
