I was given a great opportunity. Support and training in the beginning. If you have no life it's a great place to work.

Cons

No understanding of family life needs. expected to work over 45 hours a week with no compensation for salary employees. Fairness between departments is not there nor with HR.

Some good employees really try to get beyond the organizational incompetence and provide service to their client's despite the management roadblocks.

Cons

Poor training, communications and accountability within the management team. The organization has spiraled downhill since Associa bought Community Development out.
