Good coworkers. Room for advancement (if you're in with the right people)

Cons

No work life balance. Upper management is not always aware of what is happening with employees. Employee morale is SO low. Achieving the Vision 2020 goals is not doable with the way the company is run currently.

Associa has a great family environment and has a lot of flexibility. They do treat their employees well with some great benefits

Cons

The late night meetings are sometimes hard to deal with especially if it is a difficult one...as with any other job you will feel the pay does not match the work.
