1. On the job training, so you gain a lot of knowledge through Associa University 2. Lots of events where you are able to network and meet vendors and other management companies

Cons

1. Lots of late night meetings and salary employees don't receive comp time. 2. Have to deal with Board Members without Management backing 3. Mangement takes credit for your ideas and hard work

There is plenty of work to do and lots of practice in doing it. You will learn and either walk away frustrated or with skills you can take with you elsewhere.

Cons

There isn't work-life balance in the corporate location. In the field offices the culture differs.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth. Lack of appreciation for hard work. Very stressful environment, constantly listening to complaints and resolving petty issues. Lots of downsizing and upper management takes credit for all of your hard work. Here, you are highly disposable. No communication-they expect you to read their minds I guess.
