      Pros

      This is a growth industry and Associa is growing with it. There are many opportunities for success. In-house education is available through monthly Management Meetings and corporate communications. The Head Office staff is very responsive to questions of procedure for the industry in general, and for Associa in particular. Accomplishments are celebrated.

      Cons

      There is a lot thrown at you in a very short period of time. In the time that it takes to get up to speed, work/life balance has to take a back seat.

      Pros

      They have such a broad spectrum of support and are in constant contact via e-mail. The executive of the company come to visit our head office and have come to the buildings to personally meet with and speak to the building staff.

      Cons

      We sometimes do not have the time to read all the information that is available to us however we do know that the support is always available.
