      Pros

      The Team environment experience is by far superior at Associa. The Educational Pathways offered through Degreed and Associa University keeps us up-to-date and relevant. The Preferred Vendor's List is always growing and provides tools for the Manager to access RFQ's in one click of a mouse. Brilliant.

      Cons

      Not being able to provide as much encouragement and assistance as I would like as being part of the best Team comes with time restraints.

      Supportive environment, sense of "family". Dynamic - it's great to be part of a company which is an industry leader and working on constantly improving.

      This is a demanding industry, with demanding clients.

      Pros

      I can see many initiatives coming from the company, making our work tunned to new requirements of the every day changing life. Really appreciate the new and advanced technilogy approach, as I feel the whole property management industry is not activelly using current technologies, I hope very much that we are getting there.

      Cons

      Not too much to say, in general I am happy. But the nature of the buisness creates isolation of the working place, which is hard to overcome. I have to admit though that the company makes many efforts to bring peaple together.
