The environment is like a big family, everyone helps one another out when difficult issues arise. There are always good conversations with everyone in every department , people are always bouncing ideas and thoughts off each other.

Cons

There should be more workshops organized in different areas to help managers or customer service reps handle different/ difficult situations.
