Positive and progressive work environment with plenty of opportunity for all. Teamwork is encouraged and strongly supported at all levels to ensure everyone collectively benefits.

Cons

Nothing to speak of, with the tremendous amount of resources available for our team and clients this is definitely the employer of choice for community management.

Cons

Reimbursement for monies spent for corporations takes longer to receive than previous method of submitting a cheque requisition. Petty cash reimbursement is cumbersome and lengthy as no none really had a clear idea as to how it is done.

Associa is a fun and exciting place to work. If you are having trouble with anything there is always someone there that can help you. Kind and caring staff. Management is wonderful and understanding.
