      Pros

      The company has so much potential, but they let their member companies flounder under mismanagement. The upside is this is a big company with big opportunity.

      Cons

      The downside is that the opportunity rarely presents itself and morale is bottom barrel.

      Pros

      Basically only answer to the property manager, who has a good and realistic attitude regarding most things. Understanding and supportive about most issues when some people are not (home owners)

      Cons

      Corporate America, Red Tape when trying to get things done / paid for. Home owners expecting the world from you, Home owners thinking that we do nothing but twiddle our thumbs all day.

      Pros

      There are some really nice people there.

      Cons

      Its amazing how many people this company continues to burn through. No one stays very long as the company's ethics are lousy and they couldn't care about their employees. They care even less about their clients. The owner is a Senator and lets his son make all the decisions now and between the two of them they are killing the company. They are firing whole departments at a time.
