      Pros

      Associa seems to be a very family oriented company. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to ensure we feel like part of the family.

      Cons

      I honestly don't have any negative comments about Associa. Since they've taken over everything has gone smooth with the transition.

      Pros

      A company with great vision. An exciting place to be with lots happening. The pace is exciting. Very strong training and support.

      Cons

      The position entails commuting to various properties throughout the GTA and the traffic is extremely frustrating. Sometimes the evening Board meetings with clients go much longer than necessary.
