      The Worst Company I've Ever Worked For

      Pros

      Provides a paycheck so I can pay my bills.

      Cons

      Complete lack of organization. Complete lack of consistent systems and processes between business units and even individual managers. No structured training. "Industry-leading technology" which is nearly 25 years old. Abhorrent accounting department. Significant turnover leading to client unrest and loss of tacit knowledge. Paper-laden means of record keeping. Unprofessional "management." Zero communication from leadership who promises to be available to "help."

      Pros

      Work hours flexibility is the only pro I can see for this company.

      Cons

      Hostile environment with very very low work morale, management does not what they are doing, therefore do not provide you with the right tools to succeed. Team members are continuously quitting due to unprofessional management and their poor benefit program (High cost and mediocre 401k).

      Nothing - it is all bad - nothing good about this place

      This place is a joke, Its a revolving door, the turnover rate is terrible. Management has their favorites and they wont take the time to train and show you anything. They let the people that do nothing advance to the top
