Toxic environment, toxic work ethics, toxic culture. No diversity. Bias. You will be told and made to believe you are not capable of advancing. No oppotunity to advance, even if you have been doing the job and/or have the skills. They will hire outside and pay more for less talent than individuals already doing the job. You must work really hard to get anywhere, and then maybe, just maybe you can go 1 level higher to do your current job plus your new job - sometimes even both without a promotion.

Senior management is onboard for growth with diversity and inclusion but middle management is very resistant to change in this organization. No real opportunities for advancement for minorities.
