      Pros

      The company is very open and willing to share updates. Feedback from managers happens frequently. Good benefits and an overall great culture.

      Cons

      Pay. Under payment for advanced skill sets. Not particularly competitive. Expectations and compensation do not seem to match, aggressive goals with obscure incentive plans.

      Great place to work! Team focused on building relationships with our customers not pushing products. Continued transparency with both customers and colleagues. Room for advancement in any aspect of the company.

      Advancement is available but the process and timeframe seems to take an extended amount of time.
