the new IT leadership that came in from Ohio has dramatically change the atmosphere and the way we do business. Very focused on team and family friendly environments and getting the business to align with us.

Cons

with the investments being made allot of new technology being rolled out. I got to admit I'm a little behind on the latest and greatest products.

Compensation at the Manager and above level (base salary + annual incentive program) is outstanding 3. The ability to move upwards as well as laterally across the Organization to continue to build and develop your skills and experience is not only available but encouraged and supported

1. Exposure is very Wisconsin-centric due to company's current footprint - not a lot of opportunity outside of the state
