      Pros

      Great Management and some of the best training I have ever seen in a company. Extremely helpful software and products. I've never felt like a company cared so much about my personal success.

      Cons

      Incentive caps. I was a top producing banker, and I left because I hit caps for incentive payout. I wish I had never left. Phenomenal company, through and through.

      If you have that entrepreneurial spirit and desire to have your voice heard, Associated Bank is where you should be. If working amongst very talented colleagues that share a diversity of ideas, thoughts, and values while all working towards a common objective is what gets you excited about work, Associated Bank is where you should be. I'll be celebrating my 18th year with the bank this summer and I continue to enjoy the new challenges that present themselves each day. Check us out.

      The press doesn't appreciate all the value that the banking industry brings to our customers. It just makes us work harder to prove them wrong.

      For those that have an entrepreneurial spirit, Associated is a great place to work! Your voice is heard and your ideas are always welcome. It's a place where you learn everyday because you are surrounded by very talented colleagues that have a diversity of thought, share similar values and work together to achieve success. I will celebrate my 18th anniversary this summer with Associated and can honestly say each day presents a different challenge, which is what I like.

      The press doesn't give us in banking enough credit for the value we delivery every day for our customers.
