      Pros

      While working with the Customer Care group for some time now, I must say their leadership is incredibly friendly! Unfortunately, that is likely a defense mechanism to hide their severe lack of intelligence.

      Working with some of the most arrogant people I’ve ever met. How can you be this confident, and fall so far behind at the same time?
