      Flexibility, Good experience, lots to learn, mostly friendly customers, helpful team support

      Cons

      Micromanagement wants to have great customer service but also wants you to be within a very specific set of ranges of times and numbers. While it is doable it's not something that can be achieved every single day especially with the every day changes the company is providing

      Associated does whats best for the customer meaning no product pushing just finding needs and matching them with our products that truly help. If they don't want it no pressure at all.

      Cons

      Since it is a retail facing job you can't skip days or even get them off in advance all the time. Everything is about business need.
