      Wouldn't ever work for this company again.

      Pros

      Nothing positive to say as I was in management. Bankers had good options to make additional money from sales competitions. Tellers were only given $5 per closed referral, after threshold was hit. Credit card referrals were usually stolen by bankers which negated the ability to participate in those contests for decent amounts of money.

      Cons

      No ability to advance in IL Understaffed, given guilt trip if you call in sick or take vacation. Expected to do the job of more then one person. Upper management doesnt care and expects overtime if needed.

      Pros

      I have been challenged to do my absolute best in my career. The support that management provides is one of a kind. The company is transparent and takes pride in creating a warm culture across the board. The pay is nice and the work-life balance is even better.

      Cons

      Health Insurance benefits could be better.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my coworkers and the atmosphere we had. Easy job, there is only so much you can do with money.

      Cons

      The quotas and sales goals you have to meet really depend on the bank you are at. The slower branches you will meet them less, meaning more awkward sit downs with your boss.
