Pros

Pay is good for the area. You will be appreciated for your work by the others in customer care. They constantly need new people so getting in shouldnt be tough.

Cons

You will start on retail deposits, which is the most volatile line. People generally only call when they have issues on their account, and generally don't appreciate the automated ivr messages leading to their access to a rep. I've been sworn at, shouted at, i've had people threaten me, and i've been sent to the bathroom with tears in my eyes after a particularly bad customer. This job was the first job to offer me a decent living wage and i have to give it some respect, since it's not terrible, but you need to have thick skin to work here.

Pros

Work is consistent and overtime is available- though often mandatory.

Cons

Bad environment for everyone. Little concern for the small employees and decisions made by upper management with no input from employees.
