Great co-workers. Great benefits. Company itself will make commitments to help you grow and develop.

Cons

No commission plan even though it was supposed to be a sales role. Little vision for the purpose of the role. Investment division did not have synergy with the rest of the bank.

Pros

I do enjoy some of the management and if you are on the retail side of banking there's plenty of in-depth training. Customer relationship building is definitely a focus that has been lost at many of the bigger banks. There's more of a community bank feel here.

Cons

The bank is based out of Green Bay, Wi and everything for the employees is also based out of Wisconsin. Now that there's a Chicago presence, there needs to be more support for the employees here as well. Benefits are expensive but I honestly am not sure if it compares to other companies at this time since I do know that benefits have changed everywhere. Also there is no formal training on the corporate side of this company. Everything is aimed towards retail.
