Pros

A job I guess. But honestly you'd have better luck being happy working at McDonald's or Enron

Cons

The management has never been less in touch with what is going on. They talk a big game about caring about the employees but really they only care about making sure the CEO and upper level get bonus. They love to talk out of both sides of their mouths and wonder why they have such high turn over at the retail side of the bank. It is because the people are tired of being treated poorly and demanded they solve all the problems of the bank with no help.

Pros

Flexibility. As a salaried employee the flexibility is great. There are opportunities for advancement but they heavily favor the men in the organization.

Cons

Sexism is, and always has been, a serious issue with the organization. From salaries and bonuses to positioning men (especially those in sales) for success. Women are often given the grunt work and disproportionate workloads while their male counterparts are fed referrals and given smaller workloads. This affords them more time to focus on sales, networking and internal partnering. All of which tie back to the bonus program that is structured to benefits sales over retention.

Pros

Match and retirement plan was a great perk, but other than that, not a whole lot to be honest.

Cons

IT leadership is horrible, lots of 'old boys club' with old ways of thinking. It's their way or the highway. Trying to get resources assigned to projects is a nightmare. It's a functional shop, so everything filters through the top down. if you're priority isn't on their priority list, good luck getting anything done.
