      Pros

      Ok wage, ok benefits, nice co-workers, free atm anywhere is probably the best benefit of working there.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement and not a lot of opportunity to advance unless you decide you identify as a dolphin or are a minority. Definitely don’t mention that you have kids because upper management will brow beat you.

      They have a ludicrous 15 week training program to open accounts - totally unnecessary and a lot of driving up to Green Bay for no reason

      Pros

      Associated bank is a great organization with incredible benefits and internal culture. The modern era of financial technology is a difficult paradigm to shift into and ASB has done an incredible job pivoting and executing in the cloud environments! I am very happy with the week-to-week work life and the ability to communicate with upper-level management.

      The onboarding could use additional work.
