Pros
Good pay with very good benefits and time off allotment. With 15 days PTO, a full day of VTO, and two weeks of sick time. Supportive during COVID and supported a remote work option.
Cons
My direct manager was well intentioned and knowledgeable, but rigid (understandable given the department was compliance). We were constantly behind on work with a massive work load. When I was offered a new job in a different region (not a competitor), I gave Associated the chance to match the offer. Instead, they accepted my two-week notice, then HR contacted me the next day to say my job performance was not up to standard, and eliminated me immediately.
