      Can be a great place to work for in IT. You just have to be in the right group.

      Pros

      Technical skills needed and valued highly. Work environment finally has a decent work/life balance

      Cons

      You can wait forever for any promotion if you are in the wrong work group. Upper management states they provide tons of training, yet middle management throttles that off.

      Great pay and retirement plus pension plan. Vacation and personal days.

      Cons

      Health and dental care is expensive. Lots of favoritism so if you're not willing to kiss someone's you know what, you might have a hard time.

      Nice amenities. Good 401K match. Good communication from executive leadership.

      Cons

      Horrible communication from direct management. NO communication if you are departing, so just as a heads-up, your benefits terminate your last day, NOT the last day of the month like EVERY OTHER company out there.
