Needing anything from another department involved miles of red tape and processes. You have people who's only job is to prevent progress.

Branch Managers not having a clue what is going on in their own branch. Also manager having someone come in every week to talk sports & then denies helping people while they are doing so. Playing favorites to certain customers because they make the bank money.. I understand that associated bank is a business but don't favor someone cause they are "wealthy" Lack of communication, was told to do one thing one day & then couple days later get told I'm doing it wrong. Selling products to customers who wouldn't even benefit from the product just to reach a certain goal.
