Slow to adapt

Pros

Most of the team is great. Benefits are fairly good compared to most places. Plenty of opportunities within the company.

Cons

Managers care to much about hitting numbers then about people sometimes. The company is slow to adapt to the market and under pays current employees and refused to address the pay gap compared to new hires in a timely fashion. Also the computer system is antiquated, not something you'd expect from an organization this size.

Pros

I loved my coworkers. The people I worked with were the BEST. When I was a teller, I loved my customer base overall and loved the interactions I had with our long standing clientele.

Cons

Process and Procedural changes could've been better relayed from corporate down to employee level. There were many times that we would find out about procedural changes weeks after and we would be reprimanded or talked to for not doing the process correctly when we were never notified of the change. During being laid off, they could've gone about laying us off more personally. They had us on a Teams call and basically said that everyone on the call was being laid off. There was a better way to have gone about that.
