      It’s a job. Know when to leave.

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing. No room for advancement. You have to jump through hoops for promotions. Even after you’ve shown you are more than capable to move up in a new role the paper work is always being worked out but never goes through. Depending on manger it’s just as hard to do a lateral move.

      There was a lot of micromanaging and toxicity.
