Continuous shifts in management reporting structure, organization hierarchy and future vision. Expect employees to be available at all hours and ability to take on large amount of work regardless of what is already on their plate.

- not a place for young, ambitious professionals - not growth opportunities- most people stay in the same role forever - not a fun place to work; it's a typical, stuffy insurance company; internal culture is non-existant - pay is good but asking for a raise is very much against company culture; you have to wait for it to be offered - it takes a long time to get things done- people move very slowly and almost no one stays past 5pm. For someone who likes fast-paced environment, this isn't it.
