Comfortable and secure; lacking culture - Client Program Manager Assurant Employee Review

- not a place for young, ambitious professionals - not growth opportunities- most people stay in the same role forever - not a fun place to work; it's a typical, stuffy insurance company; internal culture is non-existant - pay is good but asking for a raise is very much against company culture; you have to wait for it to be offered - it takes a long time to get things done- people move very slowly and almost no one stays past 5pm. For someone who likes fast-paced environment, this isn't it.
