Pros

The benefits before they got way too expensive

Cons

No work life balance, they only offer TTFN if you have PTO but if you're someone who's chronically ill you never have PTO but if it's slow and you're willing to leave unpaid wouldn't it make more sense to let them leave? You don't have to pay them!! hello?! Common sense Schedules change all the time and so you cannot have a life, you are literally a corporate slave. Modern day slavery and salary isn't a livable wage glad I left

Pros

Set schedule with great coworkers

Cons

I worked there and it was the worst job ever in regards to management. You could work required overtime and be a top producer and be walked out the door the next day. This company doesn’t care about the employees or their costumers. As a QA Inspector, in the cell works division, I can’t tell you how many phones were shipped out that I flagged as damaged, didn’t work, etc. But…. because it was all about the numbers, so many of house phones were stamped by the supervisor’s (using the inspection stamp of a QAI who wasn’t there) upon which they would then send phones to be shipped out. There were numerous customers that had multiple phones sent to them, waiting to receive one that actually worked. As for the QAI whose stamp was used to pass the damaged phone through…. they’d eventually get written up for approving an each damaged or non-working phone. Management didn’t bother to listen or check time cards, when the employee insisted they didn’t work that day/night. To Assurant Solutions and their C-Works division, I say good riddance. York, PA

Pros

Nothing at all. This company would rather fire an entire division than try and push through. All about the money and not the people at all. Don't bend over backwards for any company

Cons

-First off I will say the HR response to everyone leaving a bad review from our lost division talks about severance and everything else to save face. They only paid out 3 months pay because of the WARN Act from the Department of Labor and not out of the goodness of their heart. The severance was 1 month pay because it was in their employee handbook that we signed and was binding and not out of the goodness of their heart. Their other "services" were baseline, poor, and laughable. These people more or less told you how to fill out an application and nothing more. Barely anyone at all was relocated within the company and I know that as fact. -Former DM threatened us to not talk about pay during our company training. I reported this long before we were fired and Assurant gave no response. -Leaked documents on Reddit showed T-Mobile and Assurant's partnership was strengthened after firing 1000+ of us and you can go look that up. -Upper management couldn't read tech notes so they told us to simplify it even more and these were the people in charge of running a tech division
