Claim system is from the Stone Age, it’s not intuitive and very cumbersome. Claims is a face paced environment and the ICE system needlessly makes claims handling more difficult. You’re given a workload that could never be completed within a 50 hour work week. Weekly projects in addition to the claims workload, these projects are not an efficient use of our time and do not add value to our work processes. Metrics reporting is incorrect, when this is pointed out to management they acknowledge it but refuse to make any changes. Despite the fact that our raises are based on these metrics.
