I seen the video of that company today that's y written this review.
1. Leardership ; very bad never encourage to newly to move further.
2. Management : Micro, keep watching your activity like CCTV. if you sit idle on your system or look here and there for 30 second your peer who is old asset of this company treated like a manager and commenting along with managers with lound voice.
3. Open Cummunication : No way, there is no open cummunication in this comapny .. open is only one day when you give resignation, than they willl ask what happen .. if you told the real situation of why you drop a paper than they will comment you becuase you are not a old asset .. actually this is LALA chap company
4. Treated employee Care and Respect : Please once join this company than you will know how they treated the employees .. it is purely local sindhi caste company
5.Respect Team member which makes Envirnment & healty : there is no inter personal communication to employee which is added in this company .. inside this there is internal human CCTV those keep watching your minor activity and keep commetning through out the day
