Excellent market share in the Retimer market for both PCIe Gen4 and Gen5. Established reputation in the eco-system, not easy for one start-up company, but not surprise because of the solid and hard-working people in Astera Labs

Cons

As new products are releasing to chase even bigger TAM market, more resources will be needed, to support those new product development and customer applications.
