      Pros

      Great team environment, supportive & friendly co-workers & management. Allows for flexibility from WFH/Hybrid. Competitive pay ranges for recruiting roles. Emphasis on your "why" & growing not only professionally, but personally as well.

      Cons

      A lot of grey areas in the internal processes of recruiting- management not necessarily being on the same page. Pushing to take promotions without being fully ready to, not seeing any other path other than a promotion. Not very competitive vacation allowances.

      Fun place to work, everyone is nice and friendly.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. Feels like a pyramid scheme. The few at the top stay at the top. Very little spread development opportunities because the top dogs take all the best roles with highest spread.

      -Company culture is built on partying if you don't like partying you are an outcast -No direction from the leadership -proper training is not provided, you are on an island all by yourself
