Upper management (above the managers) has no clue about the job that we do daily and has even referred to us as privileged to work there when going over the mid-year reviews of the job Onboarding Associates get dinged on their monthly bonus for mistakes that recruiters/producers make - no accountability for producers The office itself is dull, cold, and feels like jail sometimes
