      In the compliance team you will learn a lot about the financial industry and working in a fast paced environment

      Cons

      This company lacks on how to motivate and speak to staff. When it comes to reviews they dont listen to you but decide on the basis what they have heard from other people who are childish and immature. there is lack of professionalism and blatant favoritism. graduates stay away as they do not appreciate how much work you put in and feel threatened on the qualifications you have

      Continual support and ongoing training provided by a highly skilled team which is enhanced by a mentoring system.

      Cons

      In return for the extensive training, AC expects high levels of commitment and dedication from employees, unfortunately some fall by the wayside.
