Pros

The people, the pay, and the food. Gain experience in mobile on multiple platforms.

Cons

Headquarters in Nashville, management completely out of touch with Silicon Valley technology development. Company's main business is in insurance, technology is a way to attract insurance premiums from consumers. Company lacks a technology vision and basic understanding of software development practices. Difficult to attract & retain top technology talent. Limited career path for technology professionals.

Pros

Peers seem nice. Peers encourage each other.

Cons

Management and coaches seem really invasive and inflexible. Company too woke to the point where you can't express conservative views. Gay people seem to have extra power in censoring colleagues' speech.

Pros

Decent work culture Decent pay Decent bonuses

Cons

If you are local to Nashville, commute to the office sucks The company has not seen any real growth in the last few years, all the growth that has been showcased is either due to restructuring and downsizing, which they have been doing every quarter now. All their new ventures have faired poorly (UBIF and Asurion HomePlus) and even their core business, has not seen a huge growth Zero transparency on how the company is performing and the leadership is not so great about communication either. Overall, I would avoid this company.
