* Unlimited PTO * Good work/life balance * 10% annual bonus

Cons

* The PR and recruiting teams paint Asurion as a "tech company," but it's really just an insurance company pretending to be tech-y * Uninspiring work projects * Lots of legacy technologies being "phased out" (over the course of many years) * Upper management seems to prioritize the (non-revenue-generating) Soluto organization over core (revenue-generating) business segments * Internal promotions and pay raises are few and far between (and the raises are not at all commensurate with the rest of the tech industry)

I've enjoyed the work for the first couple months but all the driving for me was wayyy too much. Sometimes they send you 2hrs a way from the Forward Stocking Location and then you have to clock out and will only get paid after 50miles. The pay is great, but for a student this is not ideal. I would have kept working this job if they were better at accomadating my work/life balance over business needs. Staff was fantastic though and seemed to genuinly care.
