Work from home was nice. Pay was decent. Working with tech is always fun.

Cons

The equipment they provide barely works with their software. They expected me to come into the office to work during the pandemic with no safety measures in place, right after I got out of the hospital due to a surgery.

Pay was 16.75 an hour Lots of vto available Tech support aspect of job was easy

Your job is based on sales. If you don’t make sales then be prepared for termination. Job is not stable as you may not make sales goal in a month and they put you on a performance improvement where if you don’t make sales goal u can quit or get terminated. They don’t care about you helping the customer all the company cares about is how many sales you get. They want to push sales in the middle of a pandemic. Most stressful job I have ever worked at!
