Pros
Work from home, "flex" scheduling.
Cons
"flex" scheduling means you can "make your own schedule" but they really only let you work when you are needed, so it's pointless. The training was a complete mess, our trainer would repeatedly tell us the wrong things, and when my equipment stopped working I was forced to not work, but was promised pay still, they kept telling me "maybe" you'll get paid on a certain day. Over 10 people in my class alone ended up leaving because of how much of a mess this company is, and over 10 in another class that a friend was in. Next, My son got sick and couldn't attend daycare, so I was forced to watch him, I got fired for missing days due to my 1.5 year old son being sick. They don't care about employees or their wellbeing. While he was sick, they scheduled me for mandatory over time without my knowledge, stating it was "sent in an email" that you can only access on your virtual work desktop. Then, I found out I was fired because my trainer was repeatedly texting me on my day off saying she needs to speak with me "and it is urgent so we need to speak RIGHT NOW" then saying I was let go from the company because of the few days that I had missed. There's so much more that I can add but I feel this is the big cons of this job. Please consider every other possible option you have before considering this position.
