Pros

Decent compensation during training, can make your own schedule after 90 days, overtime opportunities, room for growth in company

Cons

Crazy training schedule, can’t miss any days first 90 days, “pay per experience” after 90 days, rude customers, company only cares about making sales, could care less about actually providing technical support

Pros

Group actives were frequent as a way to boost teamwork. Overtime was almost always available. Plenty of ongoing training so the employee could be current on new technologies.

Cons

The scripts used were often a long way around to get to the simple fix for a customer’s issue; especially considering the calls were supposed to be completed in a certain amount of time regardless of the customer’s issue.

Pros

• The pay was fair, but high performing salaried employees are worked hard for every penny. • Benefits were decent but hardly class leading

Cons

• Abysmal work/life balance- constantly expected to be "on call" • Often told, "well this is not a 40HR a week job" • Incredible stress/overwork induced employee turnover. • No accrued time off rather "unlimited" time off- all subject to your job's demands and availability for you to be out of office. Meaning individual contributors with deadlines and dependencies are rarely able to be out for more than a few days. • Culture is divisive and generally fake with blatantly divisive identity politics. • Sincere favoritism in hiring and promotions.
