Pros

Largest privately owned employer in Nashville, 25% - 30% annual revenue growth, salary/compensation very competitive for management level salaried employees.

Cons

Potential to advance within company is limited and management / executives are very selective in choosing "favorites" to groom for advancement. Compensation and benefits disparity among ranks of "salaried" employees and disparity between "salaried" vs. "hourly" employees leading to low morale.

Pros

Great place to learn and grow. They are willing teach you if you are willing to learn. They have a great break area.

Cons

Production environment and following very strict guidelines is key. The environment can be stressful at times. There are quit a few system errors and unknown calls that occurs on a consistent bases at times in which the employee can't return calls back to the customers. This can be very stressful. Oh! and also when you say hello to some of the management or staff they look at you very weird. Lol! But maybe some people are not accustomed to people saying hello or hi to them etc. Lol! You can not use a pen or pencil to take notes for training classes or for work. Only management can use pen or pencil to take notes. (Smile)
